Testing (studying, measuring) of product samples is carried out in an accredited testing laboratory (center) by the referral of the applicant or certification body.

Transferring samples to a testing laboratory (center) is carried out based upon the referral for testing.

According to study results, a testing laboratory draws up test reports and transfers them to the applicant or certification body.

Requirements for Test Reports

Test reports should generally contain the following information (as well as the information required in accordance with the Technical Regulations):

  1. Number, mark, date of approval, numbering on each page, total number of pages;
  2. Information on the accredited testing laboratory (center) performing the tests;
  3. Information about the applicant (customer) for testing;
  4. Information about the product manufacturer;
  5. Full name of the product including information that enables its identification;
  6. Grounds for testing.

Test (study, measuring) reports should be signed by responsible persons and affixed by the seal of the laboratory. Upon testing, the samples should be returned to the applicant or to an authority providing their return to the applicant or disposal.
