Declaration of Conformity for Foods

Declaration of Conformity is a document where the manufacturer or supplier guarantees that the products comply with the standards and requirements of Technical Regulations of the CU 021/2011 On Food Safety. The document is mandatory. The Declaration of Conformity gives you an opportunity to market foods in the territory of the Customs Union countries, and to undergo the necessary customs procedures.

Member countries of the Customs Union regulate the supply and sale of foods according to Technical Regulations 021/2011 On Food Safety. The Technical Regulations are aimed at protection of human life and health, prevention of actions that mislead consumers, and at environmental protection.

Based upon testing the products, the Declaration verifies the quality and safety of foods.

Types of foods subject to declaration:

State Registration Certificate (SRC), that verifies the quality is issued for the following categories of products:
